All of our payments are handled via “GoCardless”. On acceptance of the partnership we’ll send you a recurring invoice starting from the agreement date, and the payments will be taken via direct debit.

Our guarantee to you is that we will have your website up and running in 14 weeks from sign-up. However, we can only do this if we have all of the information we need when we expect it. See our “How it works” section for more information.
